Ordering & Trade Accounts

Do I need a trade account to order?

No. Anyone can order online and see trade pricing without an account. A free trade account adds net payment terms, priority dispatch and a dedicated account manager. UK businesses can apply via our contact page.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. You can order a single item or a full pallet. Free UK standard delivery is applied automatically to orders over £250 ex VAT.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Many products are sold in tiered pack sizes — for example copier paper is available by the ream, the box or the pallet — so the unit cost falls as you buy larger quantities. Prices are shown ex VAT for trade buyers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, Google Pay and Shop Pay at checkout. Approved trade accounts can also pay on net terms.

Delivery

How much does UK delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery is £4.16 ex VAT (£4.99 inc VAT) and free on orders over £250 ex VAT, arriving in 2–4 working days. Express delivery is £5.83 ex VAT (£6.99 inc VAT) and also free over £250 ex VAT, arriving in 1–3 working days.

How quickly are orders dispatched?

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day from our UK warehouse in Stanmore. Full tracking is provided on every shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available on request. Charges vary by destination and any customs duties or import fees are the buyer's responsibility. Contact us for a quote.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Collection is available from M N House Ltd, 164 Honeypot Lane, Stanmore, HA7 1EE. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange a collection time.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email sales@mnhousewholesale.com to start a return before sending anything back.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Where the fault is ours, we cover the cost of return and put it right.
